Returns / Replacements / Cancellation Policy
We request the buyer/buyer of goods and services, before placing an order on Justflik please go through this Returns / Replacement / Cancellation Policy.
Please note: When the buyer places an order and makes the payment, sometimes there are certain possibilities that due to huge variety of products listed online, it is not possible for the seller to check and update the availability of stock for every single product/item, so here there can be certain possibilities that the product is not in stock, product is in stock but found to be defective at the time of dispatch. In certain conditions, Justflik will try it's best to check the availability with the manufacturer/supplier of the product(s) and will update the buyer accordingly via phone/mail whether the buyer would like to wait for the product to be arranged within the specified period of time/days or would like to get the refund. If the buyer opts for the refund, Justflik will issue the full refund of the product without any deduction.
1. Cancellation
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as the product dispatch team starts preparing for dispatch with the courier delivery partners.
In case, the buyer wants to cancel the order, then the buyer is requested not to accept the order when the shipment/courier arrives at their doorstep.
Please note: As Justflik does not have it's own courier services and have only 3rd party shipping/courier delivery partners tie-up. Here Justflik needs to pay the shipping/courier delivery charges on behalf of the buyer(s). So here Justflik will have to deduct the shipping charges on the cancellation of the order(s) before issuing refunds.
Here, the buyer is advised to contact Justflik immediately via phone/mail to check the status of the order, if the product has not been dispatched yet, there are possibilities that Justflik will not deduct any shipping charges, as the case maybe.
2. Replacement
As of now, Justflik does not provide any replacement of products, due to the complications of physical quality inspections of collecting the old shipments in original with replacing the new shipments via shipping/courier delivery partners.
3. Return and Refund
Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to Justflik ("the Seller) on the Justflik Platform.
Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return":
1. Item was defective
2. Item was damaged during Shipping
3. Product(s) was/were missing
4. Wrong item sent
5. Item does not match as per product description
6. Manufacturing defect
7. Wrong item delivered
8. Out of Warranty
9. Dead on Arrival
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing of product(s) before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer(s) shall not be entitled to any Return/Refund.
Please note: For all types of returns, the returns requests will only be processed if the buyer is able to provide the pictures/video of the faulty product received and in case of "Item was damaged during Shipping", the buyer has to provide the video, while opening the received parcel, as Justflik has to submit the damage proof to the shipping/courier delivery partners to settle the claims. If the buyer is not able to provide the pictures/videos of the faulty products, it is on the sole discretion of Justflik whether to proceed with the returns or not, as the case maybe.
Buyer needs to raise the return request within the return periods applicable to the respective product. Once the buyer has raised a return request via My account and after that the Buyer has to send an email at support@justflik.com mentioning the Order ID with the pictures/video of the faulty product(s).
Justflik will review the case and accordingly an intimation shall be provided via email/phone to the buyer either "Approved" or "Declined" of the replacement request.
In the event, Justflik accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be issued and credited to the Buyers account, subject to the following parameters.
Further for returns being made by Buyer to Justflik, the following parameters needs to be ensured by the Buyer:
1. Should be "New and Unworn"
2. Should be "New and Unopened"
3. Should be "New" and returned with Original Packaging
If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from Justflik.
Please note: For all types of refunds, Shipping charges will be deducted by Justflik.
1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2. Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3. Courier delivery person from the arranged shipping partners will come and collect the parcel.
Please Note: All types of return(s) are only applicable for shipments within India and not applicable on International Shipments due to the complexities of Shipping/Courier Charges, Freight Charges, Custom duties, etc. In case the Shipments are not delivered, Justflik shall investigate with Shipping/Courier Delivery Partners, in finding out the exact reason of delay. In case of delay of Shipments, Justflik shall not be held responsible since Justflik does not have it's own Shipping/Courier Distribution Channel. In case the shipments are not delivered due to lost during transit in such case, Justflik will refund the money to the buyers for undelivered Goods, as the case maybe.
