     All you want to know about Shipping

Work Order flow:

Step-1. The Buyer after going through the entire Product Details, places an order on Justflik.

Step-2. Justflik, after verifying the order details, schedule for the shipment with the Shipping/ Courier Delivery partners/associates.

Please note:

  • At Justflik, we do not own any transport or last mile service.
  • We work with Shipping / Courier Delivery Partners like Delhivery, India Post, etc. to ensure hassle free delivery.


Shipping Charges:

As Justflik does not own it's Shipping/Courier Distribution, so whatever Shipping charges are collected by Justflik from the buyer at the time of order are paid to Shipping/Courier Delivery Partners by the Justflik.

Shipping Charges (Refund of Shipping Charges in case of Cancellation of Product):

In most of the cases, Justflik dispatches the product within 3 business days (excluding national & Festivals holidays) as per the availability of product and also as per the availability of pick-up time slot of the Shipping / Courier Delivery Partner.

  • In case the order is dispatched – Here, if the Buyer of the product cancels the order due to any reasons, Justflik will not issue the refund for Shipping Charges, as the shipping charges are already paid by the Justflik to the Shipping/Courier Delivery Partners through Prepaid mode of Payments. In this case Justflik will only be able to refund the Price of the cancelled Product ordered, after deducting the Shipping Charges and also if any other charges borne by Justflik.
  • In case the order is not yet dispatched – Here, if the Buyer of the product cancels the order due to any reason, Justflik will issue the full refund amount of the cancelled product with Shipping Charges (if shipment has not been booked/scheduled).

*Please Note – The condition for issuing full refund of Shipping Charges depends on whether the buyer has cancelled the full order or partial order or has taken the advantage of some offer, offered by Justflik (For Example: If the Buyer of the Product avails free shipping offer on a minimum order amount and later on cancels some products out of that order, then the buyer will not be eligible for free shipping. In such case, Justflik has the right to collect the Shipping Charges as per applicable and issue the refund only for the cancelled product(s)).

 

There are 2 types of Shipments :

A. Domestic - Shipments delivered within India.

B. International - Shipments delivered rest of the world (excluding Domestic)

Now here, we will be discussing the process for both type of Shipments.

A. Domestic - Shipments delivered within India.

Shipping Process:

1. The Buyer places an order on Justflik.

2. The Buyer will get an email/sms notification regarding the order placed.

3. Justflik will start processing the order. Here there can be two types of situations:

a. If the product is available - The Buyer will get an email notification that the order has confirmed. And, at the same time Justflik - dispatch team will start packing the product properly and schedule Pick-up for Shipment.

b. If the product is not available - Justflik always try to update the availability of the Product on the website from time to time. If the product is not in stock, Justflik will always try to update the product status as "Out of Stock". But sometimes, there are situations that due to any reason, Justflik could not be able to update the availability of product due to selling of multiple products/categories or suddenly the product goes out of stock / not available, here Justflik will update the order status as - "Backordered".

What Is a Backordered?

A backorder is an order for a good or service that cannot be fulilled at the current time due to a lack of available supply. The item may not be held in the company's available inventory but could still be in production, or the company may need to still manufacture more of the product.

So here, If the product status is Backordered, Justflik will communicate to the buyer if they would like to wait for order for a few more days as per the availability of the product or they would like to get the full refund of the particular product ordered due to non-availability of product. 

If the buyer agrees to wait for the availability of the product, Justflik will try it's best to arrange and fulfill the order at the earliest possible as per the availability of product with the suppliers.

And, if the Buyer wants the full refund of the particular product, Justflik shall issue the refund within next 24-48 hours on business working days (excluding national holidays) and the same shall be credited and settled by the respective banks via 3rd Third-Party tie-up e-Payment Gateway aggregators to buyer's account within 5-7 business working days (excluding national holidays), as the process maybe.

4. In continuation to Point No. 3(a) once the product is picked-up by the Shipping/Courier Delivery Partners. The Shipping/Courier Delivery Partner will issue the Tracking Order ID and the same shall be communicated to the Buyer that the Order has been Shipped successfully.

5. Once the Order has been shipped, the Buyer can Track the order and check on the Shipping company's websites, in order to check the delivery date of the order.

6. Once the order has reached to the Buyer's doorstep, here Justflik recommends the Buyer of the placed order, to check the outer packaging and if found tempered -"Please do not accept Tampered Packet".

Now here, it's the responsibility of the Buyer to check whether the product packaging is tempered or not and accordingly the delivery shall be taken.

Please do not share any OTP's with the Shipping/Courier Delivery Partner without physical examination of the outer packaging of the parcel, in order to avoid the delivery of tempered packet or box. As in the later stages, Justflik will not be able to assist the buyer for return/replacement of the items/product due to accepting of tempered parcel.

If the Product Packaging is Tempered during the Transportation:

Step-1. The buyer has to take the photographs or record video from the mobile camera / camera.

Step-2. Refuse the Shipping/Courier Delivery Person to accept the Package due to Tampered Packet or Broken Box.

Step-3. E-mail the same taken pictures with the Order ID to support@justflik.com 

Please note: Justflik recommends here to send the pictures / video of damage packaging in transit via email, in order to avoid any confusion / conflict in misleading the statements between Shipping/Courier Delivery Partners, Justflik (the seller) and the buyers.

7. Justflik will forward the pictures to the Shipping/Courier Delivery Partners as a standard official procedure and re-arrange for new order shipment as per the availability.

8. Justflik will re-arrange for the new order shipment. And, the same shall be conveyed to the Buyer. Again after this, the buyer has to follow up the Point No.6  

Please Note: Justflik on it's shopping platform recommends the entire process in order to provide the friendly best shopping experience where the purchase made, and/or orders placed by the buyers and/or delivered by Shipping/Courier Delivery Partners and at the same time to avoid the loss / damage suffered by Justflik and its Buyers due to any reasons.

B. International - Shipments delivered rest of the world (excluding Domestic)
